Changes to Workspace Unlimited Email Plans

We've made some big changes to our Workspace email based on customer feedback. You'll enjoy much faster, more reliable email and a lot less spam will make it through our more advanced filters.

Workspace Unlimited email plan pricing is, as follows:

  • The first 5 mailboxes will cost USD $9.99 per month.
  • Additional mailboxes will each cost USD $1.99 per month.

These infrastructure and pricing changes won't impact your current device or email client settings. We're taking care of everything in the background. And you’ll continue to enjoy the benefit of unlimited email storage.

This is a great time to review your email setup and reduce or consolidate your inboxes:

Deleting Email Addresses

You can delete email addresses using the Workspace Control Center. Deleting them doesn't delete or cancel your plan, so you can still use it to create new addresses.

To Delete Email Addresses

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Workspace Email.
  3. Next to the email account with the address you want to delete, click Manage.
  4. Click View Email.
  5. Optional: To locate addresses in a specific Email plan, from the Tools menu, select View All Email Plans, and then expand the email plan that contains the address(es) you want to delete.
  6. Use the checkboxes to select the address(es) you want to delete, and then click Delete.
  7. Click OK.

Setting Up Forwarding Accounts

You can set up email addresses solely for the purpose of forwarding messages to other mailboxes. No email gets stored at the forwarding address; it all gets immediately directed to the destination email address.

To Set up a Single Email Forwarding Address

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Workspace Email.
  3. Next to the account you want, click Manage.

    NOTE: If this is the first time you're setting up an email address and you want to use an existing Free Email Forwarding, next to the account you want to use, click Set Up, select the account credit you want to use, select the domain or product you want to associate with this Email Forwarding account, and then click Set Up. Now, return to the Email list and, next to the account you want to use, click Manage. (You may need to refresh your browser for the new email plan to display in your list.)

  4. Click View Email.
  5. Next to the account you want to use, click the Create Forward icon or click Create Forward to the right of the Forwarding Email Plan.
  6. In the Forward this email address field, enter the email address from which you want to forward messages.
  7. In the To these email addresses field, enter the email address to which you want to forward messages. You can enter multiple addresses separated by commas.
  8. From the Plan menu, select a plan to apply to the forwarding account.
  9. Optional: To make this mailbox a catchall, an address specified to receive all messages addressed to an incorrect email address for domains, select Make this a catch-all account.
  10. To enable automatic replies from your account, select Enable auto reply, and then enter or select the following:
    • Reply frequency — Select Once per sender to send one auto reply to each sender, ignoring additional messages from them. Select Once per message to send auto replies to each message your account receives.
    • Reply from — Select to send messages from your own email address, or select Other, and then enter another email address.
    • Reply subject — To display the original subject from the message thread, select Auto-Reply [original subject]. To enter a custom subject, select Other, and then enter the subject.
    • Select a Start time and End time for the duration auto reply is enabled.
    • Message — Enter text for your auto reply.
  11. Click Create.

To Set up a Multiple Email Forwarding Addresses

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Workspace Email.
  3. Click View Email.
  4. Next to the account you want to use, click Create.
  5. Go to the the upper-right corner, and then click Forwarding.
  6. Go to the the upper-right corner, and then click Create Many.
  7. In the Email prefix field, enter prefixes of the email addresses from which you want to forward messages. Examples of prefixes include jsmith, sales and info. For these, @coolexample.com would be the suffix, or domain.
  8. Optional: To enter multiple prefixes, click Paste Addresses, paste the comma-separated prefixes in the Paste Many field, and then click OK.
  9. In the @ Domain field, enter the domain, or suffix, of the email addresses from which you want to forward messages. For example, a suffix, or domain would be @coolexample.com.
  10. In the Forward these addresses to field, enter the email addresses to which you want to forward messages. You can enter multiple addresses separated by commas.
  11. From the Plan menu, select a plan to apply to the forwarding account.
  12. Click Create.

Identities

Web-Based Email lets you send emails using a "From" address other than your email address using identities.

To Add an Identity in Web-Based Email

  1. Log in to your email.
  2. Click on Settings and then Personal Settings.
  3. Click the Identities tab.
  4. Click the Add Identity button.
  5. Complete the on-screen fields, and then click OK:
    • Name — Enter the name to display to your email recipients.
    • Email — Enter the email address to display to your email recipients.
    • Reply To — Enter the email address to which you want your email recipients to send replies.
    • Default — Select to make this identity your default.

To send emails from an identity, compose a message, select the identity from the From menu, and then click Send.

To delete or edit identities, from the Actions column, click Delete or Edit.
