I am getting this error message when I use ssh(putty) "Server disconnected without sending a disconnect message"
I tried calling customer service number is not going, no online chat...what type of hosting company is this?
@umbro577 It sound like you are getting disconnected due to timeouts. In putty you enable keepalives to prevent the disconnect. See the screenshot below for the needed settings.
