Moving from VPS to Godaddy VPS and exporting and importing from WHM

I'd like to move from my existing VPS hosting to Godaddy's VPS hosting. I know you can export from Web Host Manager, but is there some easy how-to guides on Godaddy or could anyone suggest some easy guides?

What operating system are you using?  If you can specify Plesk or cPanel, we may be able to track down some guides that can help you out.

Linux and it's Web Host Manger/CPanel. It's with PowerVPS to be specific.
