Is it possible to get a refund for that?
I was looking for support email but I only found a way to call.
I can't make a call!
Because there are people in the world who can't use the phone.
And unfortunately I'm one of them.

I tried for 1.5 hours
The chat button doesn't load anyway.
So .... In GoDaddy is too hard to ask for help. I'm looking for another service provider where help is more user friendly if it is needed. And let my purchase remain as it is

OMG I finally got into the chat.
Service is very good. But getting help is very time consuming and difficult.
However, the result is positive 🙂
