Unable to get answers via online chat. Our website has been experiencing downtime intermittently since yesterday morning. We rely 100% on our website for our business and need it to be running consistently. If there are issues with the server that is on please notify clients so that they are aware. Your online chat technicians just keep trying to sell me upgrades and service renewals, I just need to know when the issue will be resolved with downtime.

I'm not seeing any issues with the site when I visit it from my connection.  What is the specific error you receive when you are unable to access the site?  Have you tried accessing the domain from another network when you experience the error?
