Authorization header

I use Wordpress Version 4.7.3

I am trying to pass authorization header in post requests:

http:/'my-website'/wp-json/jwt-auth/v1/token/validate?Authorization ='some-token'

to my Wordpress-Site based with JWT Authentication for WP-API plugin

and always respond as follows:

{
"code": "jwt_auth_no_auth_header",
"message": "Authorization header not found.",
"data": {
"status": 403
}
}

Note: according to plugin details (https://wordpress.org/plugins/jwt-authentication-for-wp-rest-api/)

they recommend to put in .htaccess file but doesn't work:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} ^(.*)
RewriteRule ^(.*) - [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%1]
SetEnvIf Authorization "(.*)" HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=$1

 please advice as it is working on my wamp-localhost server

Re: Authorization header

Hi @mo20. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! My guess would be that you're hosting this site on a shared hosting server and that there are restrictions at the server level that are not allowing you to make the changes you're trying to make. Providing additional details about the type of hosting you have may help someone else provide you with additional suggestions. However, I'd suggest getting in touch with our hosting support so they can verify whether or not the changes you're trying to make are possible on the platform you're hosted on.
