Certificate is valid until 12/2019 but Chrome says expired

I have a certificate for one of my websites and when I go to manage it, t says that it expires in 12/2019. But when I go to that site's secure area, Chrome says it's expired. I also used the certificate checker here on GoDaddy and it says that it's expired also. Can you help?

Have you downloaded the certificate from authority and uploaded to the server and restarted the service?

I don't remember doing that before. I searched and do not find a .crt file anywhere on my server.

I found the short video on how to do it. There needs to be less confusion as to where you do that. Clicking on Manage Security does not get you to the correct place to do it.

Anyway, it's taken care of.
