removing .PROMO extension in the CNAME records

If I no longer want the "promo." in front of my domain name, can I simply delete the CNAME record? Or will that mess everything up?

Thanks in advance for any help here.

Re: removing .PROMO extension in the CNAME records

Hi,

So if your domain is promo.example.com, then that would be considered a subdomain. You can remove that cName record if you have no more use for that connection. Hopefully this helps!
