Linking a different location on the same page

I recently created a new webpage. But after linking different pages together, only one page comes up all the time instead of different page. Its an emergency...any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is the domain on the site where this is occurring? If we can see this error live, members familiar with WordPress navigation links can better offer some suggestions to fix what you're encountering.
