I got "auth code not correct" when transferring an ".fm" domain name from godaddy to name.com.
Maybe the ".fm" is special that need some special auth code?
But I can't dial the 24/7 support phone successfully, because it is always in busy state ( I have been waiting about half and hour..)
And the "Chat agents are currently unavailable please call."
So, are there some email support method?

Finally I connected with chat agents when they available.
He/She sent me a new auto code to work.
