Requested transfer code days ago, still not received. Not in junk or spam boxes. Domain unlocked and made public. Need to transfer to Weebly. Thank you

Hi @babs58,

 

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you may need to update the administrator's contact information, all emails regarding the transfer will go to the administrator's email. Take a look at this article, it covers all the necessary steps to transfer a domain to another registrar.
