    What is Domain Buying Service?

    I thought Domain Buying Service is actually buying Domains...

    Sad...JPG

    But it wasn't.. I thought there were error so I bought it 3 times for same domain.

    Is there any ways that I can refund? I'm so sad.......

    Hey there @kim120ha,

     

    It can be a bit confusing if you're new to the process. The Domain Buy service is something you use to have GoDaddy reach out to a domain owner to see if they want to sell it. 

     

    And yes, you can get a refund. I believe there are some stipulations to it, but if you haven't actually used the service then you should be able to get your money back. Just call phone support and they should be able to help you with a quickness.
