Web Security Essential Billing

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded from the Website Security Essential service to the 3-site option but as a result on our billing page appears two entries for the same product.

 

This is confusing as it seems to imply I have bought the same product twice over.

 

How do I know that have the correct level of product to monitor 3 sites only?

It does sound like you might have purchased a new plan instead of upgrading the existing plan.

I suggest calling Support so they can review your account with you in detail and assist you with correcting any issues in your account. They can be reached by calling any of the numbers on this page:
